me: draco malfoy was just a boy who was misguided and afraid and tried to adapt to the life and family he had and was really lonely and jealous of the friendship the golden trio had and was constantly trying to prove himself and make his parents proud of him but got trapped in something so much bigger than him and went through a lot of suffering and valid pain and was so confused about what he was doing and struggling so much but couldn’t go back because he knew that voldemort would kill him and his parents and he loved them and was scared and under so much pressure but in the end he tried to do something good by saving harry even that he could have saved his family reputation and deserves a redemption arc
